Terms and conditions

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION

You can register for the International Scientific Conference of Primary Care (ISCPC) through the online form on the website https://www.iscpc.si.

Participation cancellations shall be sent in written form to the e-mail address info@iscpc.si.

Participation cancellation deadlines regardless of the payment received:

• You can cancel your participation free of charge up to August 30, 2025 inclusive,
• If you cancel your participation up to September 15, 2025 inclusive, you will be charged 30% of the registration fee,
• If you cancel  your participation after September 16, 2025, you will be charged 100 % of the registration fee,
• If we do not receive your written cancellation or should you fail to attend the conference, you will be charged the full registration fee.

Registration fee may be transferred to another person, and the name may be changed up to September 15, 2025. The written notice of a change shall be sent to the e-mail address info@iscpc.si.

REGISTRATION FEE AND PAYMENT

Registration fee and special discounts are published on the conference website https://www.iscpc.si/.
Following your application, you will be sent a pro forma invoice with the stated amount and payment deadline to your e-mail address.

PROGRAMME AND ORGANIZATION

Organizers of the ISCPC are Community Health Centre Ljubljana and Faculty of Medicine, University of Ljubljana, Proevent d.o.o. is a Technical Contractor.  Presentations will be delivered in English. Simultaneous interpretation into Slovenian language will be provided if needed.

Organizer reserves the right to amend the programme, replace the initial speakers with others, or to cancel the event at any time without prior notice. In the case of the event cancellation, the applicants that have already paid the registration fee will be emailed thereof, upon which their paid-in fees will be refunded in full.

By registering for the event, the participants agree that the organizer may use all photographs and audio and video content that may show the participants. Organizer reserves the right to use these materials for promotional purposes, for publication in the media and online, for research and / or educational purposes. Participants waive any copyright or other right that relates to their mention or likeness. Participants are aware that the organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage that may result from the publication of the materials in which the visitors are mentioned or shown.

Participants agree that the organizer may contact them to give them information about the event.

Participants shall attend the event on their own responsibility. Organizer shall neither be held responsible for any lost or damaged items nor for any injuries incurred at the event.
