Confirmation of registration
Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and refunds
Participation cancellations must be sent in written form to the e-mail address info@iscpc.si. Participation cancellation deadlines regardless of the payment received:

• You can cancel your participation free of charge up to August 31, 2025 inclusive,
• If you cancel your participation up to September 15, 2025 inclusive, you will be charged 30% of the registration fee,
• If you cancel your participation after September 15, 2025, you will be charged 100 % of the registration fee,
• If we do not receive your written cancellation or should you fail to attend the conference, you will be charged the full registration fee.

Changes in registration
Registration fee may be transferred to another person, and the name may be changed up to September 15, 2025. The written notice of a change must be sent to the e-mail info@iscpc.si.

Accommodation
The Conference will be held in Grand Plaza Hotel in the centre of Ljubljana. More affordable hotel accommodations for ISCPC delegates are available through www.iscpc.si/location.

Other information
Conference identification badge
A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions & Poster Session without the conference badge.

Language
The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentations must be delivered in English.

Catering
During session breaks, refreshments will be served free of charge to participants wearing conference badges.

Attendance certificate
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
